Why Muay Thai

Not another fitness perk.

Gym stipends get used by people who already work out. Step challenges fade in a week. Muay Thai is a real skill your whole team learns together.

  • A skill, not reps

There is always a next technique to land.

  • A release after a long sprint

Throwing kicks is a great way to shake off a hard week.

  • Anywhere, no equipment

A phone and a bit of floor space are enough to start.

Why founders sign up

Startups run on energy. Long hours drain it.

Muay Thai for Teams helps with three problems every growing startup has.

Sharper minds at work

Long days at a desk wear down focus. Moving your body is one of the most reliable ways to lift energy, mood and concentration. A short session between meetings resets the day, so people bring their best thinking to the hard problems.

A team that bonds

A weekly challenge and a company-only leaderboard give everyone something to share, from the office to fully remote. Nothing breaks the ice like comparing kicks.

A perk that stands out

Every offer letter has a gym stipend. "Learn Muay Thai with your team" is the line candidates remember and bring up in the interview.

How it works

Set up once. Train all year.

You share one link. Your team does the rest.

1

Join with a work email

Teammates sign up with your company link or work email. Full access is unlocked; nobody pays anything.

2

Learn from Coach Rob

Short video lessons from Rob, from first stance to combinations. Record a drill and the AI checks it against Rob's teaching points.

3

Compete with coworkers

Every drill earns points. The leaderboard and the weekly challenge show only people from your company.

Your coach

Taught by Coach Rob, a working Muay Thai coach.

Rob coaches Muay Thai in Hawaii and has led workplace warm-ups and workouts. Every lesson, and every point the AI checks, comes from his teaching.

Rob and Wayne, a software engineer who spent six years in Silicon Valley, are childhood friends and cofounders. Muay Thai AI is already a paid app for individuals; Teams brings it to whole companies.

Questions

Before you sign up.

Does my team need any experience?

No. Courses start from the basic stance and build up one technique at a time.

Do they need equipment or a gym?

No. A phone and a bit of floor space are enough to start. Most drills are shadowboxing, with no bag needed.

Which phones does it work on?

iPhone today. Android is coming before founding teams start.

How does the AI feedback work?

Someone records a drill, and the AI checks it against Coach Rob's teaching points for that technique. It says what passed and the one thing to fix next.

Who can see my team's activity?

Only people at your company. Your leaderboard and weekly challenge are separate from every other company's.

When do we pay?

Not today. When your spot opens, founding teams start with a 3-month pilot at the founding price, then move to an annual plan.
